• Location: Peoria, Illinois

• Credential requirements: ACLS, DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate, State License, Board Certification or Board Eligible
• Schedule: Shifts are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. If call is needed, it is 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Prefer 6 consecutive shifts.
