Radiant Kids Therapy is a local, therapist-owned, therapist-led company with an amazing team of high-caliber therapists (PTs, OTs, and SLPs), great mentorship, and a strong emphasis on supporting our team members well in a fun and engaging environment! Our therapists' job satisfaction and support are just as important to us as our clients' satisfaction with the excellent services they receive.
Job Description:
- Opportunity to start with a full caseload in the South Bay/San Diego area
- Work with young clients in-home throughout San Diego County
- Flexible hours, lower caseloads, and minimal paperwork
Requirements:
- Licensed in the state of California (or will be soon)
- Previous clinical experience with kids is ideal
- Available for at least 6 hours/week (if part-time) or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., EMR, Google Drive)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Good physical stamina and mental health
- Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues
- Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salaries for full-time positions range from $78,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Great bonus structures make it feasible to earn an additional +$6,000-12,000+/year on top of your salary
- Part-time hourly positions range from $58 - $72 per service hour, depending on experience & qualifications
- Specialty stipends available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or feeding specialist certification
