Radiant Kids Therapy currently has an opening for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to add to our amazing SLP team in San Diego County. We are looking for a high-caliber SLP who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness, and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.

We see all of our young clients in-home. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas, closest to where you live:

• Central San Diego area
• Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas
• Poway/Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas
• Escondido/San Marcos and surrounding areas
• Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas
• East County area
• South Bay area

Job Description

• Provide speech-language therapy services to children in their homes
• Collaborate with families and colleagues while enjoying the autonomy of an in-home early intervention position
• Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Manage time effectively and stay organized
• Utilize technology and learn digital platforms (e.g., EMR, Google Drive)

Requirements

• CA License or CF/RPE SLP License
• Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred
• Available for at least 6 hours/week (if part-time) or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Good physical stamina and mental health
• Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with families

Compensation

Licensed SLPs: Part-time hourly positions range from $60.50-$75.50 per service hour. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $80,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. CF/RPEs (during your first year): $78,000 - $80,000 base salary for full-time or $55.50 - $60.50 per service hour for part-time. Generous bonus structures make it very feasible to achieve an additional $6,000 - $12,000+/year on top of your salary. Specialty stipends are available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or Hanen Certification. All positions are W-2 (employee) with excellent benefits.
