Job Description

• Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist the RN Charge Nurse and nursing team with daily nursing tasks, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate records using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families, offering compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Support the nursing team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license required.
• 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families.

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, with additional opportunities for shift pickups at up to $43/hour.
• Flexible scheduling: Self-scheduling with 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM), three shifts per week, with the option to pick up more if desired.
