Currently looking for a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with an inpatient setting located around the Coshocton, Ohio area. Interested candidates should have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy with a passion to work with the adult population. Interested candidates should also have a valid Ohio PT license or be eligible to obtain it. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available!

Job Description

• Performs and documents initial evaluation and ongoing assessments of patient's condition, adapting treatment plans accordingly
• Develops and implements an individualized plan of care to meet required frequency of visits, which includes patient/family involvement
• Communicates patient progress with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
• Educates patients and families on the proposed treatment plan and progress, including skilled recommendations on adaptive equipment/durable medical equipment and community support where available and when appropriate
• Supervises activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed
• Plans and/or assists in patient discharge
• Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and lift/assist patients as needed

Requirements

• Open to new graduates from accredited Physical Therapy programs
• Active Ohio PT license, or eligible to obtain
• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
• Day shifts; Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
