Revenue Cycle Director
A Revenue Cycle Director is needed for a Surgical Rehab Center not too far from Vegas and amidst a National Park in Utah. This Revenue Cycle Director will direct the performance, in conjunction and counsel with the CEO, of the revenue cycle activities of the in-house billing and collections team (including but not limited to insurance billing, collections, and contracting, as well as patient billing, collections, and financial counseling).
In addition, this key management role is responsible for resolving denials and ensuring that processes are in place to prevent denials or rejected claims. Must be an experienced billing and collections leader! This leadership role must also provide support, review processes, provide feedback, and identify areas of opportunity. Maintains knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices ensuring high productivity and proficiency standards are met.
Demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-location, multi-specialty medical practice that provides a diverse offering of services to the community, including lab and imaging services. Works collaboratively with the CEO and COO to understand the impact of facility operations and workflows on Revenue Cycle performance. Monitors performance KPIs including, but not limited to - registration accuracy, POS collections, denial rate, timely filing, recoupment, charge reconciliation and accuracy, NSFs, and late charges. Reviews and resolves accounts and claims that are on hold and works with appropriate leadership for missing documentation or claim edits.

Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of medical practice revenue cycle
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and private practice revenue cycle
- Demonstrated leader with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience
