Job Description:

Outpatient clinic only
Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am
Clinic call (after hours): 11 days per month, no hospital/ER call
Duties: Endocrinology/Diabetes patients
Patient volume: 10-15 patients per day
New consults and follow-ups
Telehealth accepted; weekend call can be remote

Requirements:

FTE: 1.0
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: MA/LPN
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
