    Department/Unit Summary

    Critical Care Step Down is a crucial component of the healthcare system. The department focuses on providing care to critically ill patients of various acuities who no longer need intensive level care within the ICU but still need closer monitoring and treatment. Our team is staffed with skillfully trained nurses and healthcare professionals that provide care at the highest quality, significantly improving patient outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Current state RN license.
    • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
    • ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
    • PALS required within 6 months of hire.
