    Community Based Child and Family Therapist

    Job Description

    • Provide individual and family counseling, diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, and consultation to children, youth, and their families.
    • Deliver services in the home, school, and natural environment of the child and family.
    • Support a resiliency, strengths-based approach emphasizing parent and professional partnerships.
    • Provide support and services as a member of an interdisciplinary team of Community Based Child and Family therapists.

    Requirements

    • Internship/practicum experience providing mental health counseling.
    • Bachelor or master's level counselor or social work, marriage & family therapist.
    • LPC, LSW, MFT, LPCC, LISW, IMFT, LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S.
    • CT accepted for a candidate who may be interested in taking this position as a part of their internship.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Must pass background check.
