Job Description

• New position to join 13 other providers
• Must be Board Eligible/Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• California licensed
• 4 days/10-hour shifts or 5 days/8-hour shifts
• No call
• $275k-$320k depending on experience
• Potential performance bonus based on the number of patients assigned to the PCP. Large panels have $80k+
• Mostly HMO with some PPO and Medicare FFS. All age ranges
• EMR - Nextgen
• Patients per day - Average 20 for 10-hour days; 16 for 8-hour days minimum
• Relocation - negotiable
• 2025 grads considered
