Job Description

• Typical days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Average patient load is 18-20 patients per day.
• Due to the nature of practice, the focus is mostly on geriatrics, palliative care, and wound care.
• Responsibilities include injections, braces, and other necessary procedures.
• Surgeries are scheduled as needed, mostly involving debridement with grafts/amputations and occasional elective cases.
• We use Practice Fusion, and notes should be completed within 24-72 hours.
• Compensation options include either an independent contractor 50/50 agreement or a salary with a bonus and benefits structure for full-time positions. Part-time positions will only have a 50/50 split.
• Relocation allowance can be considered.
