Job Description

• This clinic is a leader in combining traditional fee-for-service with Value-Based Care (VBC), creating a patient-centered environment that prioritizes quality outcomes and collaborative care.
• Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with options for weekday shifts and occasional weekends to ensure work-life balance.
• Care for a diverse patient population with a patient volume of approximately 20+ per day. A dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) ratio ensures efficiency and high-quality care.
• Athena EMR simplifies workflows, giving you more time to focus on patients.
• Work in a newly renovated clinic designed for both patient comfort and provider efficiency. The facility is equipped with advanced tools and resources to support excellent care delivery.
• Provide a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with telehealth comprising less than 10% of visits, giving you flexibility while maintaining strong patient relationships.

Compensation

• Competitive starting salary of $115,000 - $130,000.

Your Role as an Advanced Practice Provider
