Job Description

• Permanent position with a reputable health system
• Base salary: $505,000 + $50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
• Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Regional anesthesia skills required (due to close collaboration with International Center for Limb Lengthening)

Schedule & Call

• Pediatric at-home call: 7 days per 28-day cycle
• Pediatric call-in rate: 5-10%
• Adult 1st and 2nd call: Negotiable
• Optional additional call: $250/hour

• Team: 25 FT anesthesiologists, 12 PT anesthesiologists, 75 CRNAs, 11 anesthesia techs
• CRNAs always practice under anesthesiologist medical direction
• Not a partnership track, director role, or fee-for-service model
• Hospital-employed salaried position
