Join our team in Topeka, Kansas, where we are expanding our cardiology practice. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Full-time employment (1.0 FTE) in a single-specialty group of 9 cardiologists and 8 APCs, along with support staff (RN, LPN, CAN, MA, secretarial and front office)
• Clinical practice plus dedicated admin time; no research or teaching required
• Procedure rooms and testing available on-site: Nuclear Stress, Echo, Vascular Sonography, Coumadin Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Vein Clinic
• Referrals from primary care and multiple specialists
• Schedule varies with some weekend requirements
• Daily patient load: Clinical 2-3 patients per hour; inpatient varies
• Call: 1:6-day rotation (5 per month), telephone only with excess call pay
• EMR: Epic
• ABIM Board Certified/Eligible Cardiologist
• Fellowship training in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases
• Cardiology fellows interested in a clinical setting are welcome to apply
