This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for weekday rounding at a skilled nursing facility in Cortland, New York.

Job Description

• Enjoy a flexible daily schedule of primary care rounding for adults in a skilled nursing facility.
• Target rounding is 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).
• This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with competitive compensation, estimated base salary range of $130,760 to $154,911 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential.
• Candidates must have a current New York NP or PA license and DEA. Preferred candidates have post-acute care experience, but it is not required.
