Job Description

• All physicians are required to be board certified by ABEM.
• 50 hours of physician coverage and 40 hours of APC coverage daily within this level III trauma center.
• Averaging an annual volume of 54,000 per year that encompasses 49 ED beds with a 31% admission rate while dealing with high acuity.
• Physicians have access to the most advanced laboratory in the region with state-of-the-art ED and hospital facilities.
• There is extensive specialty backup in place, which includes most pediatric specialties as well as scribes at no cost to the physicians.
• Presently, ED staff do not handle floor codes and are using EPIC as the EMR.
