Primary Care Physician

Join our team in Delray Beach, Florida, as a Primary Care Physician in a family-owned and operated organization that has been in business for over 35 years. This position offers a desirable work-life balance with a focus on quality patient care.

Job Description

• Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
• Seeking providers who have 2+ years' post-training experience
• Reason for need: physician relocation
• Setting: multispecialty group
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; client is open to a four-day work week, if desired
• Outpatient only; no weekends or hospital work
• Shared phone call - you'd be on phone call about 2-3 times a month
• See 15-20 patients per day; quality of care is very important to this client
• Work alongside other primary care physicians, specialists, and APPs
• Site has their own in-house lab, radiology, IV, pharmacy, and much more
• Payor mix is about 1/3 Medicare, 1/3 HMO, 1/3 Commercial
• EMR: eMedical

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years' post-training experience
• Board-certified or truly board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine

Benefits

• Annual salary range of $220k-$250k (based on experience)
• Bonus structure based on HEDIS measures, collections, etc.
