Job Description

• Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible family medicine physician
• 100% outpatient only
• Schedule options: Monday - Friday (36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours built in) or Mon, Wed, Fri (12-hour shifts)
• See all ages with a patient census of 20-24 per day
• Must perform typical urgent care procedures
• BLS required
• EMR: EPIC
