Job Description

• Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible family nurse practitioner
• Must have 2+ years' post-training experience
• Ability to work 2-5 days per week, depending on your availability
• FQHC setting with outpatient only
• Rotating phone call responsibilities
• Many patients speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese; bilingual is not required, but providers should be comfortable working with an interpreter
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 10 AM - 7 PM Thursday shift once every 7-8 weeks
• See 15-20 patients per day
• EMR: EPIC

• Full-time salary range of $150k-$175k, dependent upon experience
