Join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida, for a permanent position as a Hematologist/Oncologist. This hospital-based practice offers a supportive environment with a focus on patient care and collaboration.

Job Description

• Seeking someone board certified or truly board eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
• Hospital-based practice with 6 bay infusion suites (additional bays available if needed)
• 2-3 multi-physician practice with mid-level support as needed
• This role will be supported with additional resources at a sister hospital facility and satellite location
• Tumor-specific focused practice welcomed (e.g., breast, lung, GU, GI, etc.)
• Consults at the hospital
• Call TBD
• Brand new, hospital-based and managed practice and infusion department being developed
• Solo provider to start but will evolve into a multi-physician practice
• Supported by a local Cancer Institute with additional resources
• Plans for three physicians to see all types of cancer patients initially, moving into tumor-specific focused practices as the practice grows
• Strong research department available to support any research interests the physician may have
• EMR: Cerner Millennium
• Tumor Board in conjunction with sister hospital weekly

Requirements

• Salary range (base guarantee) based on experience (quality incentive additional compensation plus productivity opportunity)
• Sign-on and relocation assistance as applicable
• 403(b) opportunity - non-profit organization
• CME days and dollars for provider yearly
• PTO days given yearly
• Strong referral network in place
• Salary guarantee in place for years 1-2
