Per Diem Nocturnist Opportunity - Central New Jersey

Join our team for a per diem nocturnist opportunity in Central New Jersey. This position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with a responsive team in a private hospitalist group.

Job Description

• Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible hospitalist
• Internal Medicine or Family Practice training accepted
• ASAP-onward
• Per diem position
• Flexible scheduling - ability to work 3-10 nights per month
• Must be able to work at least one weekend a month
• Nights only (7 PM - 7 AM)
• You'd be their only employed hospitalist at night, however, you'd work alongside fellows
• Cover an average of 3 admissions a night
• Must respond to rapids and codes
• No procedures
• Closed ICU
• Work with a responsive team
• Client may have shifts available at another hospital as well
• EMR - EPIC
• Seeking providers that are NJ licensed or those that have at least started the licensure process
• Must have post-training inpatient experience
• Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts to make extra money
• No visa candidates, unfortunately

Organization Information

• Work for a private hospitalist group
• 20+ physicians in the group
• Group operates out of multiple facilities in Southern/Central New Jersey
• This is not a locum opportunity - you will work directly for the hospitalist group
• Competitive salary - $150-$175/hr
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided
• Ability to be paid as a 1099 or a W2
