Central Pennsylvania NP/PA Nephrology Job

Join our team in Central Pennsylvania as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in nephrology. This position offers a permanent job opening with the opportunity to work alongside a nephrologist and another nurse practitioner.

Job Description

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
• New grads are welcome to apply if they have a specific interest in nephrology
• Outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
• Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
• Flexibility between the clinic, hospital, and dialysis centers
• One week a month includes on-call coverage responsibilities
• See 7-10 patients per half day in the clinic
• Hospital volume varies - on average 7-10 per day (majority consults, not admissions)
• EMR: Medent
• 1:3 weekend call shared
• Must have post-training experience

• Must be board certified or board eligible

• Base compensation: $115K annual salary, quarterly incentive can add an additional $10K annually (based on collection totals)
