Job Description

• Full-time, day shift with 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Paid call shared equally
• Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults
• Provide full-scope advanced practice oncology care
• Conduct patient assessments, care planning, and coordination with the oncology team
• Participate in clinical trials, navigation, and infusion services
• Focus on outpatient care with high collaboration

Requirements

• NP or PA license (Oregon eligible)
• NPDB self-query report required
• Clean malpractice and background history
• Residency in or relocation to the local area required
• Strong clinical acumen, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Not open to locums or remote candidates
