Join our team as a Locums Radiation Oncologist in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This short-term assignment offers an opportunity to provide essential radiation treatments in a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Onsite requirement while providing radiation treatments
• Clinic hours: Weekdays 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with daytime, in-house coverage
• Short-term locums assignment (2 days)
• Beeper call type with rare after-hours call (approximately once or twice per year)
• Possible emergent consult from ER or Apogee physician for radiation treatment after hours/weekends
• No routine call or callback requirement
• Inpatient consultations and office visits as needed
• Oversee scheduled radiation treatments
• Inpatient rounding and consults (assigned/unassigned)
• New patient consults and follow-up visits
• Treatment planning and weekly on-treatment visits (OTVs)
• Admissions required

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Fellowship Trained
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
