Job Description

• Seeking a board-certified or eligible physiatrist for an associate medical director position
• Work within a nationwide physiatry group that employs over 100 physicians
• Participate in a compliance program to ensure quality care
• Employed providers receive full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Full-time staff physicians make a guaranteed $180,000 per year, while directors earn a guaranteed $200,000
• Once you meet the company's bonus structure, you receive 70% of the billings
• On average, full-time physicians earn between $230,000 and $425,000+ with production bonuses and salary
• Utilize the MD Coder app for easy charge entry and compliance standards
