Inpatient Psychiatrist

J1/H1 Visa Sponsorship Available in Bronx, New York. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Job Description

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatrist
• Inpatient work with a permanent job opening
• Work as a unit chief supervising a unit of 26-27 patients with the help of a nurse practitioner and 2-3 residents
• Involves supervising and teaching residents
• May carry less than four patients directly
• Work exclusively with adults
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and advanced practice providers
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
• EMR: AllScripts

• Board certified or board eligible psychiatrist
