Join our team for exciting locum tenens opportunities in Asheville, North Carolina. We are seeking qualified candidates for First Assist Neurosurgery positions with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: 12 hours per day from 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days per week
• Prior experience working with Neurosurgery is required; experience as First Assist is mandatory
• We are looking for 3-4 candidates
• Average of 12 consults per day
• First Assist with surgeons on a PRN basis
• Support floor call, staffing answers to clinical questions, filling prescriptions, and order entry
• Practice EMR is Cerner
• Support staff includes RNs, PCTs, and EEG Techs
• Must have an NC license and NC DEA

Requirements

• Prior experience in Neurosurgery and as First Assist
• Valid NC license and NC DEA
