Refresh Dental has an opportunity for a General Dentist in our dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

Job Description

• Compensation rates starting at $900/day
• 100% practice paid lab fees
• PPO/FFS/Ohio Medicaid (small percentage)
• Average production per doctor per day: $5k-$7k
• 2 General Dentists and 2 Hygienists
• Monday - Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 2 PM
• OverJet Technology
• Signing bonus starting at $15k

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options.
• Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority.
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain).
• Minimum of one year general dentistry experience.

Pay

From $220,000.00 per year.

Schedule

8-hour shift.

Supplemental Pay

Signing bonus.
