Job Description:

• Provide functional rehabilitation services in real-life settings (home, school, work, community)
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Re-assess treatment plans, attend staffing meetings, and family conferences
• Conduct discharge evaluations and make recommendations for safety and resources
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines for enhanced patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state
• Current CPR Certification
• At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage patient mobility
