We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Marion, Kansas, a charming community nestled in the scenic Flint Hills region. This unique role offers diverse settings, including hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and home health care.

Job Description

• Assess and treat patients with individualized care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
• Develop and market new therapy programs.
• Present in-services to fellow staff members.
• Oversee the general operation of the department.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
