Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and deliver personalized treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation to track patient progress.
• Innovate, market, and develop new therapy programs.
• Foster effective communication with patients, their families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Share knowledge through engaging in-service presentations.
• Contribute to the overall departmental excellence.
• Provide necessary supervision to COTAs in compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
