Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and deliver effective treatments
• Ensure meticulous documentation
• Drive the planning, marketing, and development of innovative programs
• Foster communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Contribute to the overall operation of the department
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
