Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a care center in Falls City, Nebraska. This full-time role offers a flexible work environment, a competitive base salary, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients.

Job Description

• Evaluate and treat patients to enhance their functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Plan, market, and implement innovative therapy programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver educational in-services to staff and colleagues.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required by state regulations.
• Assist with the overall operations of the therapy department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
