Job Description

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Accurately document patient progress and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Contribute to the general operation and success of the department.
• Assist in the development and execution of innovative programs to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an OTA.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
