We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Marion, Kansas, a picturesque community in the heart of the scenic Flint Hills.

Job Description

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in assessing and treating patients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Assist in planning, marketing, and developing new therapy programs.
• Participate in in-services and team education sessions.
• Help with the general operation of the department.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a COTA.
