Job Description

• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient progress.
• Experience in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Proficient in physical therapy techniques and medical terminology.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Assist with department operations and program development.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, or license eligible (Required).
• Ability to commute to Red Oak, IA 51566 (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Red Oak, IA 51566 before starting work (Required).
