We are seeking a dedicated full-time (40 hours) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Long Prairie, Minnesota, providing care in a skilled nursing setting. We are also open to PRN, part-time, or full-time candidates.

Job Description

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to achieve therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assist in the general operation and development of the therapy department.
• Collaborate on program development to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
