Job Description
- Assess and treat patients to improve communication, language, and swallowing functions.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Develop, market, and implement innovative programs to meet patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Present in-services and contribute to staff education and training.
- Assist in the overall operations and growth of the therapy department.
Requirements
- Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for Washington state licensure as an SLP.
Compensation
- Pay range: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
