Job Description

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication, language, and swallowing functions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Develop, market, and implement innovative programs to meet patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Present in-services and contribute to staff education and training.
• Assist in the overall operations and growth of the therapy department.

Requirements

• Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Possess or be eligible for Washington state licensure as an SLP.

Compensation

• Pay range: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
