    Speech-Language Pathologist

    Location: Prosser, Washington

    Job Description:

    • Work in a hospital-based inpatient/outpatient setting and an outpatient clinic
    • High volume of pediatric cases and some adult cases
    • Flexible work environment available

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and treat patients to improve communication, language, and swallowing functions
    • Complete accurate and timely documentation
    • Develop, market, and implement innovative programs to meet patient needs
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Present in-services and contribute to staff education and training
    • Assist in the overall operations and growth of the therapy department

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Graduate of an accredited therapy program
    • Possess or be eligible for Washington state licensure as an SLP

    Compensation:

    • Pay range: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
