    Job Description:

    • Provide Occupational Therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
    • Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients
    • Provide quality patient care, ongoing treatment, supervision of Rehab Techs, and case management
    • Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist
    • Build a strong occupational therapy assistant program
    • Enhance clinical expertise, professional, and management skills through interaction, self-study, and continuing education
    • Maintain valid state license and awareness of occupational therapy and healthcare environment issues
    • Understand relevant payment models and provide quality care with reasonable goals and outcomes
    • Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols

    Qualifications:

    • Education/Experience: Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy
