Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in clinical documentation.
• Basic internet navigation skills.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical therapist state license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Deliver quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs.
• Optimize patient functionality and skills through directed therapy.
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state and federal regulations.
• Enhance clinical expertise and professional skills through interaction and continuing education.
• Maintain awareness of professional and healthcare environment issues.
• Comply with infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English instructions and reports.
