Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy

Computer Skills:

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic internet navigation skills

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical therapist state license

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients
• Deliver quality patient care including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs, and manage cases
• Adhere to Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines and state/federal regulations
• Optimize patient functionality and skills
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech to ensure efficient resource utilization and skill development
• Build a strong physical therapy program
• Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interaction and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed about the profession and healthcare environment
• Understand relevant payment models and provide quality care within guidelines
• Comply with infection control procedures and safety protocols
