Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.

Skills:

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
• Basic Internet navigation skills.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical therapist state license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services for patients.
• Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Ensure quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, and treatment plans.
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech in skilled tasks.
• Build a strong physical therapy program.
• Enhance clinical expertise and management skills.
• Maintain a valid state license and awareness of professional issues.
• Comply with infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
