Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy

Computer Skills:

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic internet navigation skills

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical therapist state license

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Develop treatment plans and manage patient care.
• Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs.
• Optimize patient functionality and skills through therapy.
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
• Build and maintain a strong physical therapy program.
• Enhance clinical expertise through continuous education and professional interactions.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed of relevant industry issues.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols.
