Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid physical therapist state license.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy and related services.
• Consult and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Develop and enhance clinical expertise and professional skills.
• Maintain state license and stay informed on relevant issues and payment models.
• Comply with infection control and safety protocols.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and reports.
