    Job Description:

    • Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients
    • Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients
    • Provide quality patient care including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans
    • Manage discharge plans and case management responsibilities
    • Represent Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to quality and service in all interactions
    • Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients
    • Build a strong Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy program
    • Enhance clinical expertise and professional skills through interaction and continuing education
    • Maintain valid state license and awareness of professional issues
    • Understand relevant payment models and provide care within guidelines
    • Comply with infection control procedures and safety protocols
    • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English

    Qualifications:

    • Education/Experience: Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology

    • Computer Skills: Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation; Basic Internet navigation skills

    • Certificates and Licenses: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)

    Compensation:

    • Full Time: $50-55/hr. for FT
    • PRN: $70/hr.
