Job Description:

• Full time/PRN available
• New grads welcome!
• $5K Sign On Bonus or $15K Relocation Bonus available for full-time
• Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients
• Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients
• Provide quality patient care including screening, evaluation, treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients
• Build a strong Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy program
• Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interaction and continuing education
• Maintain valid state license and awareness of professional issues
• Understand relevant payment models and provide quality care within guidelines
• Comply with infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English

Requirements:

• Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)

Average Compensation Range:

• $39.00- $51.18/hr (estimate, may vary based on experience)
