    Job Description:

    • Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients
    • Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients
    • Ensure quality patient care including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans
    • Manage discharge plans and case management responsibilities
    • Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy
    • Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients
    • Build a strong Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy program
    • Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills
    • Maintain valid state license and awareness of issues related to the profession
    • Be compliant with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols

    Requirements:

    • Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology
    • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)
    • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
