Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Description:
- Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Therapy and related services for patients
- Maintain positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients
- Ensure quality patient care including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans
- Manage discharge plans and case management responsibilities
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy
- Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients
- Build a strong Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy program
- Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills
- Maintain valid state license and awareness of issues related to the profession
- Be compliant with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols
Requirements:
- Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
