Job Description:

• Serve as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a community health system
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff
• Provide medical, dental, behavioral, and pharmacy services

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary ranging from $130K to $160K
