Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time - SLP) - Westgate Village Health & Rehab

Job Description:

• Perform evaluations and treatments while ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
• Write clear, realistic, measurable goals specific to individual patient needs.
• Treat patients with respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Motivate patients to participate in therapy treatment.
• Use creative therapy interventions specific to patients' interests and needs to obtain positive outcomes and progress.
• Participate as an interdisciplinary team member to determine potential patient needs and plan of care.
• Accurately complete documentation of qualitative and quantitative data of patient progress within designated time period.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize the computer system effectively, adhering to company policy.
• For Outpatient positions, possess an active AHA (American Heart Association) CPR certification.

Schedule:

Full Time, 8:00 - 5:00 Flexible with weekend rotation. Float to Evergreen.
